Pressure Switches

This unit has been designed as a rugged dependable pressure switch in a small package. Low pressure alarms for lube oil and similar systems on gasoline and diesel engines are the basic applications.

The unit is available in 2 configurations: Single or dual set point

Single set point : The function is to open or close a circuit when pressure either falls below a set point or rises above a set point. The unit is available in a 4 terminal single pole-double throw- double break configuration with 2 BA screw terminals.

2 Independent circuits are normally open or normally closed.

Dual set point: Separate operation of 2 separate precision snap action switches at 2 different set points is possible. This gives the ability to provide warning in anticipation of loss of pressure before actual shut down. The unit is available in a 4 terminal configuration with 2 independent single pole - single throw - double break circuits. These circuits may be normally open or normally closed as desired.

Set points between 7 psi to 50 psi or .5 kg/cm2 to 4 kg/cm2 are available.

The precision, double break, snap action switch is rated for 2 A, 24 V DC inductive load. Both configurations reset automatically when system parameters return to normal.

The mounting threading is 1/8" NPT.
