Sensing Relay Type S6000

This is a manual reset type, indicating, magnetic switch designed for use on any diesel or spark ignition engine with a starting battery.

It is a self monitoring instrument which senses loose connections, shorts, broken wiring or actual equipment malfunction. It can also be used to indicate which safety device has failed. This is especially useful when the engine is working in an unattended environment.

An accidental ground or loose on the circuit will trip the sensing relay and shutdown the engine. The device can only be reset manually by pressing the indicating button. This makes accidental restart impossible.

The relay is available in 12 or 24 V DC models.
