S3 Type

This pull type, dual winding DC solenoid provides for single unit versatility for engine applications, such as shutdown or throttling.

Dual winding design provides higher pull in smaller package. The solenoid has a built in switch which shuts off the energize winding when the stroke is completed. It is essential that proper seating of plunger is ensured to avoid coil burnout, since the internal switch operates properly only on completion of the full stroke.
 
A choice of 2 voltages 12 V dc and 24 V dc is available, with a stroke of 35 mm and hold of 10 kg.

Internally switched solenoids are best suited for applications such as standby generator sets or other applications where dirt, moisture, and excessive cycling are not present.
